On Linux/Mac, the issue is solved by taking the following steps:

Open terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T)

cd /home/your_username/.atom/.apm/markoln -s 4.13.4 4.13.3apm install atom-beautify

On Windows, you can use Git Bash and taking the above steps.

Or, on Windows taking the following steps:

Open cmd/powershell

cd C:\Users\your_username\.atom\.apm\markomklink /J 4.13.3 4.13.4apm install atom-beautify
